Welcome to Photore - Restore Photos AI ("App"), developed by Emre Kaya ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our App.

Tracking and Advertising

Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”), and Google Ads may collect device and usage data. When permitted by you through Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework, such data may be used for advertising attribution and campaign optimization.

With your permission, we may access your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) through Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency (ATT) framework.

If you allow tracking, this information may be used for:

  • Attributing app installs and user actions to advertising campaigns
  • Measuring and optimizing advertising performance
  • Delivering more relevant advertisements

If you do not grant permission, we will not access your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA). In such cases, we may rely on privacy-preserving attribution methods provided by Apple, such as SKAdNetwork.

We do not use tracking information to directly identify you.

4.1 Third-Party AI Processing and Data Sharing

AI Image Processing Services

To provide AI-powered image enhancement, and style transformation features, the App securely transmits user-selected images to trusted third-party AI service providers for processing. These providers process the images solely for the purpose of generating the requested results and returning them to the App.

These providers act as data processors on our behalf and process data strictly in accordance with our instructions and solely to fulfill the specific user-requested processing task.

What Data Is Shared

When you use AI-based features that require third-party processing, we may transmit:

  • The image(s) you explicitly select for processing
  • Technical metadata necessary for processing (such as image format and size)

We do not share account credentials, payment information, contacts, location data, or any data unrelated to the specific image you submit for processing.

Purpose of Processing

Certain AI features, including face restoration and enhancement, photo colorization, photo-to-sketch conversion, and background removal, are processed exclusively on our secure infrastructure. For these features, user images are neither transmitted to nor processed by any external third-party providers.

AI style transformation features may require secure transmission of selected images to trusted third-party AI service providers solely for the purpose of generating the requested result.

We do not use user images to train our own AI models. We do not authorize or permit third-party providers to use submitted images for model training, service improvement, or any purpose other than performing the specific user-requested processing operation.

The App does not require user account registration. Image processing is performed anonymously. Users may view, manage, and delete processed images at any time within the App. Users may also permanently delete all stored images through the Settings section.

Data Retention

Images transmitted for third-party processing are temporarily retained only for the duration necessary to complete the requested operation and securely return the result to the App.

Images processed on our own secure infrastructure are stored only to enable user access within the App and may be deleted by the user at any time. When deleted by the user, such images are permanently removed from our systems.

Third-party providers process data in accordance with their respective privacy and data retention policies.

No Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade user images or personal data to third parties. Data shared with AI service providers is used solely to provide the requested functionality within the App.

User Control

You choose which images to upload for processing. You may delete processed results within the App at any time. If you wish to request deletion of any associated data, you may contact us at: [email protected].

All data processing is performed in compliance with applicable data protection laws and Apple App Store Review Guidelines.

5. Data Security
We implement security measures to protect user data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention
We retain collected data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.

7. Children's Privacy
Restore Photos AI is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will take steps to delete it.

8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your data, such as:
